Smartermail admin not working in portal (In Progress)

  • We have been made aware that users cannot make changes to their email accounts through our portal (
    We have confirmed this as an issue with our technology partner and are working on a solution.

    Our recommended work-around is to login using your admin credentials through Webmail/Webadmin on your allocated mail server.
